Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. 898aa will send notification emails before applying dormancy fees.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Your use of 898aa Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between You and 898aa customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, You agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 898aa. Each dispute must be resolved individually.
